Where is Fusionista, and when are you open?
We're at 14 Park St in downtown Montclair, NJ 07042, just off Bloomfield Avenue. We open every day at 12 PM: until 10 PM Monday to Thursday, 11 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 9 PM on Sunday.
Do you take reservations?
Yes. Reserve a table online in seconds, or call (862) 846-4874 for larger parties and special occasions. Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have a table free.
Do you offer takeout or online ordering?
Yes. Order online for pickup right on our website. Orders go straight to our kitchen, with no third-party apps or markups, and everything is cooked when your order comes in.
Is Fusionista BYOB?
Yes. We don't sell alcohol, so you're welcome to bring your own bottle. We also make chicha morada (Peruvian purple-corn drink) and fresh passion fruit juice in house, and serve Inca Kola, coffee and tea.
What kind of food do you serve?
Modern Peruvian cooking: ceviche in house-made leche de tigre, lomo saltado, anticuchos and pulpo off the charcoal grill, causa, arroz chaufa, arroz con mariscos and pescado a lo macho, plus Peruvian-Italian dishes like pesto pasta with churrasco. Is there parking nearby?
Yes. There's metered street parking on Park Street and Bloomfield Avenue and municipal parking lots a short walk away. Bay Street station on NJ Transit's Montclair-Boonton Line is about a 10-minute walk.
